Ingredients Required For Sugar-Free Cookies

  • 2 1/2cups Flour
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of butter
  • Sugar-free or brown sugar according to taste
  • Vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

How To Make Sugar-Free Cookies

  • The oven should be preheated before the Cookies are baked.
  • In a small bowl mix flour, Salt and sugar and keep them aside.
  • In another bowl add butter, sugar, vanilla extract and eggs and beat them thoroughly.
  • Then slowly add the dry mixture to this wet mixture and fold them. 
  • The batter should come to a sticky texture.
  • Make small round balls of this mixture and lay them flat on the baking tray. 
  • Bake them for about 9 to 10 minutes in 180 degree Celsius. 

We can add raisins, nuts and choco chips to make them more delicious. People looking for a more healthier option can switch flour with oats and butter with olive oil.
