It’s easy to think that any food labeled with the “sugar free” label is safe for a low carb diet menu. After all, there is no fat or cholesterol in it, so there is no danger of an overindulgence of sugar.

These companies have been known to remove the healthy ingredients while still using the label to lure you into buying their product.
