For many years, people have been asking, can sugar-free be “healthy” food? After all, they do have the same nutritional benefits as regular sugar and are less Sugar-Free. This is one question that I have been asked hundreds of times by my patients.

Finally, when you eat sugar-free, you will still have the nutrients that your body needs. It is only when you are eating too much of the wrong foods that you will be at risk for nutritional deficiencies. If you eat the right foods, you should not be at risk for nutritional deficiencies.
