Popsicles in different flavors – I can imagine the deliciousness, the refreshments that these cool desserts give us. But along with taste and favor, they also give us one thing and that is a huge amount of sugar. So, it is better to have sugar free popsicles. Even though they taste just the same, but they will not give unwanted calories.  When it comes to making these popsicles without sugar, there are 2 varieties that I like. Today, I will share my favorite 2 recipes with you.

Easy Peach Popsicles With Vanilla Extract

Made with only 3 simple ingredients, this ice pops will make you cool.

Preparation time – 5 minutes

Cooking time – 5 minutes

Setting time – 4 hours

Ingredients

  • Ripe Peaches – 2, medium, chopped
  • Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
  • Salt – just a pinch

Directions

  • Blend the chopped preaches along with vanilla extract and salt in a blender. Now pour this mixture into popsicle molds and put them in the freezer for about 4 hours.
  • Note:  Before filling the molds with the mixture, do not forget to taste for the sweetness. If the peaches that you are using are very sweet, you do not need to add any additional sweetener. But, sometimes, you might have to add a little honey or Stevia for getting the required sweetness.

Banana Popsicles With Coconut Milk, Shredded Coconut And Honey

You have eaten banana bread, but have you tried banana popsicles? Made with ripe banana, coconut milk, and shredded coconut, a bit of honey and vanilla extract, this is a yummy Popsicle that will make you ask for more. So let’s start with the recipe.

Preparation time – 5 minutes

Cooking time – 10 minutes

Setting time – 6 hours

Ingredients

  • Banana – 2, large
  • Coconut milk – 115 ounce
  • Shredded coconut – 1 tbsp
  • Honey – 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Directions

  • In a blender, add the bananas, half of the coconut milk, 2 tbsp of honey, ½ tbsp shredded coconut and ½ tsp vanilla. Blend them till you get a smooth concoction.
  • Now take a bowl and add remaining coconut milk along with rest of the honey, shredded coconut and vanilla. Mix them very well.
  • Fill each popsicle mold half with the banana mixture and top it with the coconut mixture. When all molds are ready, put them in the freezer for about 6 hours so that they get set very well.
  • Before easting, take the mold out, dip it in hot water for about seconds, and your mouthwatering popsicle will come out.

Notes – If you are not fond of coconut milk, you can use regular milk or can also opt for almond milk. If you do not have honey in your house or you do not want to use honey in this recipe, you can add maple syrup for bringing the sweetness in the popsicles.
