The chocolate we all love. Be it dark chocolate or milk chocolate, a piece in your mouth will melt your heart. But have you ever thought how much calories you are getting from just a bit of chocolate? The presence of white sugar, different preservatives, artificial coloring, and flavors along with heavy cream make it immensely tasty, but unhealthy too. So, isn’t it better if we learn to make sugar free chocolate at home and that also without using any harmful and artificial ingredients?

Here I am giving you recipes of sugar-free milk chocolate and sugar-free dark chocolate. Let’s see the ingredients and recipe then.

Sugar-Free Milk Chocolate

Preparation time – 15 minutes

Cooking time – 15 minutes

Serving – 11 ounces


  • Unsweetened chocolate – 4 ounces, cut into big pieces
  • Vanilla paste – 1 tsp
  • Butter – 128 gm (I am using almond butter, but you can use any nut butter with neutral flavor)
  • Stevia Extract – ½ Tsp
  • Salt – just a pinch
  • Erythritol – ½ cup, powdered
  • Butter flavor – 1tsp, natural and vegan


  • Take a double boiler and add the almond butter along with the pieces of chocolate. Put it on medium flame and stir it till the mixture becomes liquid.
  • Once the chocolate melts completely, add the vanilla, Stevia extract and also the butter flavor. Give them a good mix.
  • In the meantime, in a small bowl mix the erythritol and salt.
  • Now pour this salt and erythritol mixture in the liquid chocolate and stir to dissolve the mixture thoroughly. Now take the boiler down from the flame.
  • Take a chocolate mold (the shape and design as you prefer) and pour some of this chocolate concoction in each mold.
  • Once all molds are done, keep them in the refrigerator for a few hours so that the chocolates set correctly.
  • After a few hours, take them out and unfold the chocolates from the mold. You can use tin foil to wrap them, or you can have them as they are.

Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate

Made without any artificial ingredients or sugar, this dark chocolate will make you crave for more.

Preparation time – 15 minutes

Time for setting – 2 hours

Serve – 12 people


  • Cacao butter – 50 gm
  • Cocoa powder – ½ cup
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Liquid Stevia – to taste
  • Vanilla extract – ¼ tsp


  • Take a bowl that is safe to be used in the microwave and put the butter in it. Keep the bowl inside a microwave and microwave it for a few minutes. Do not forget to stir the butter in between.
  • Bring it out when the butter melts completely. Add the cocoa powder and keep stirring to mix well.
  • Mix the salt and vanilla and give them a mix. Now pour the liquid Stevia and stir so that it mixes with the cocoa-butter concoction. If you like to make the chocolate a little more sweet, then add a few drops more Stevia.
  • To set the chocolate, you can use greased pans or molds. Pour the mixture into the molds or in the pans and put them inside the refrigerator. After 2 hours, take them out and have your incredibly delicious dark chocolate.
