96gms of sunflower seeds

Half teaspoon of nutmeg

The very first step of preparing cookies is to preheat the oven at three hundred and fifty degrees Fahrenheit.

Take a large mixing bowl and add the coconut oil, monk fruit sweetener, sunflower butter, vanilla, and egg. Mix all of this together with the help of an electric mixer.

Now, whisk in the ground chia seeds or flax seeds, baking powder, salt, sunflower meal, and the other spices.

Once the dough id ready, take sheets of thick parchment paper, and then roll the dough in between them. Now take up three-inch round cutters to shape the cookies. Don’t waste the excess part. Re-roll it and cut it into shapes.

Take a baking tray and arrange these cookies on it. Bake it for ten to fifteen minutes until it turns golden brown. Take it out from the oven and rest it on a wire rack to cool it. With time, they will take y=up a firm shape.

If you are planning to use chocolate, melt it on a heat resistant bowl on top of a bowl full of water. Use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate on top of cookies.
