  • Sugar-free kheer– We all know that kheer is made of milk. So let’s be a little smart and make it in our own way. Boil the milk till it gets thick then add the dry fruits you want with some drop of vanilla essence and cinnamon power. We don’t need to add sugar to this because milk after getting boiled gets condensed and gets a natural sweet taste. So cook your milk well to get the natural taste.
  •  Badam ki Barfi (Sugar free) – This dessert is very simple to make and gives your taste buds a heavenly rid. You use simply mawa instead of sugar to make it sugar free. Mawa is condense milk that has natural sugar quality so you can avoid sugar and it will still charge you taste buds. Rest recipe is same as of a badam ki barfi’s recipe.
  • Fresh juices– Do you add sugar to your fresh fruit juice? I guess we don’t require . All the fresh seasonal fruits are so juicy that is doesn’t require sugar because it has got natural sugar rather adding sugar will change its natural taste. So feel the freshness go sugar free.
